While we have regular professional pest control, you may occasionally see or hear them in or around the house. Pool Heating: The community pool is heated seasonally during the following periods: March 1 - April 26; the week of Thanksgiving; the week of Christmas; and the week of New Year's. Community Trolley to Beach Access: Seasonal Beach Trolley available March 1-April 26; Weekend of Memorial Day through October. Information at the property.
