Booking Requirements: To finalize your reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement. Safety & Security: Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. For security, exterior cameras are located at the front door. Local Wildlife: Please note that our property is located in a coastal environment. While we have regular pest control, you may encounter small animals or insects native to the area. Trash Service: Trash pickup is on Monday AND Wednesday. Please place the cans at the end of the driveway Sunday and Tuesday night.
