Outside, palm trees, sand loungers, and a fire pit set the scene for the evenings you'll actually remember. Rick Seltzer Park's white sand and Gulf water are a 5 minute walk — one of the few PCB beach accesses with a lifeguard, restrooms, and a dune walkover on site. LIVING ROOM: - Modern and spacious sofas - Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming options KITCHEN: - Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including microwave, stovetop and oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher - Cooking basics like pots, pans, baking sheets, and more (bring your own spices if needed) - Drip coffee maker, toaster, glasses, coffee mugs, and more DINING: - Dining table with seating for 6 along with high top table seating for 2. Two folding chairs will also be available for more seating. Locally loved spots like Dat Cajun Place, Pineapple Willy's, and the Grand Lagoon waterfront are all within a short drive. Treasure Island Marina and several fishing charter operations are close by for guests who want to get on the water.
