BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000. This is a temporary hold, not a charge. As an alternative, you may purchase an optional, non-refundable damage waiver for $49 for stays up to 10 nights (with an additional $2 per day for longer stays). This is not done on Airbnb. STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, and soap. If you are staying for more than a couple of days, you will likely need to purchase extras. MOUNTAIN ENVIRONMENT: Our cabin is professionally serviced for pest control. However, it is located in a natural, wooded setting, so you may occasionally see or hear small animals and insects in and around the property. We provide a sound machine and earplugs as a courtesy. CONSTRUCTION: There is nearby construction on other cabins being built. You may hear trucks and construction going on during your stay. This is completely out of our control.
