Welcome to "Cozy Bear Cabin" The cabin has 2 master bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths, 2 sleeper sofas and sleeps up to 8 comfortably. The cabin has a beautiful theater room downstairs with a pool table, arcade games, hot tub, gas grill, and fast Wifi included! This cabin is located in Blackberry Ridge Resort, which has free pool access from May-September. No mountain roads and located only 1 mile from the Parkway and just a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park!

Booking Requirements: To finalize your reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement. Safety & Security: Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. For security, exterior cameras are located at the front door. Local Wildlife: Please note that our property is located in the mountains. While we have regular pest control, you may encounter small animals or insects native to the area. Trash Service: Trash pickup is done by our cleaners. Place bags in the large bin on the front porch and our cleaners will retreive the bags at checkout.
