Safety & Security: Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. For security, exterior cameras are located at the front door. Local Wildlife: Please note that our property is located in a coastal environment. While we have regular pest control, you may encounter small animals or insects native to the area. Optional Services: - Pre-arrival grocery delivery + baby gear rental: condocierge(dot)com Pool Heating: The pool may be heated for a $75, per day, fee.
